What to include

• Your name and contact details, and whether you are the rights holder or an authorised representative.
• Identification of the protected work and the exact URLs on this site that you want reviewed.
• A good-faith statement that the use is not authorised by the rights holder, their representative or the law.
• A statement that the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you own the relevant right or are authorised to act for its owner.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

Review and removal

Send the notice to the legal contact below with the subject Copyright notice. Include links rather than attaching intimate media. If essential details are missing, clarification may be requested. A substantiated complaint can result in disabling the affected page or media link. Disabling a link here does not delete a file hosted by another provider.

Disputed removals

If you supplied material and believe its removal was mistaken, contact the operator and identify the removed URLs and the basis for your rights. When the statutory DMCA counter-notice process applies, additional sworn statements, contact details, signature and consent to the relevant US court jurisdiction are required. The statutory restoration process is subject to court-action notices and applicable law; it is not an automatic override of independent consent or safety restrictions.

Privacy and repeat violations

Complaint information may need to be shared with the affected rights holder or supplier, advisers or authorities to resolve a dispute or meet a legal obligation. Suppliers responsible for repeated substantiated infringements may have their content removed and further submissions refused.
